Chef Adam Relvas
Chef Adam Relvas has spent the previous 15 years in highly rated establishments in the Okanagan Valley such as Waterfront Wines, Hotel Eldorado and Ricardo’s Mediterranean Kitchen. He has been awarded Top Chef in the North Okanagan by Okanagan Life Magazine in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Most recently he as awarded 2018 Chef of The Year by the Okanagan Chef”s Association. With an eye for quality ingredients he is sure to prepare you a meal that will tantalize your taste buds!
Lindsay Relvas
Lindsay Relvas has over 15 years of experience in restaurant service and management. Her work in some of the best restaurants in Kelowna has fuelled her love for people and food that consistently shines through in every aspect of her service.
As the ‘service’ part of this husband and wife business you can expect Lindsay and her team to ensure your event is ‘over and above’ your expectations.
